This is a microphone stand combination of a bar and a light stand head, there comes a 1/4" female to 5/8"male mounting points on both ends of the T-bar. It allows to mount accessories or devices on both ends at the same time.

On the middle of the T-bar situates a light stand head, which can be directly inserted into a column with a diameter of no more than 16mm, and fastened tight by the knob.
