This is a microphone stand combination of a bar and a light stand head, there comes a 1/4" female to 5/8"male mounting points on both ends of the T-bar.

The Top Cheese Plate is universally applicable for on-camera monitor cage rig, the included 1/4"-20 thumbscrew is used to secure the monitor into the cage from its top.

It fits standard 3/8" threaded hole and  1/4" male thread.
