This is a multi thread hole aluminum alloy rod. With the length 150mm and diameter 30mm, it can be used as a handle grip, extension rod, and others.

The screw adapter fits standard 3/8"-16 female screw thread and 1/4"-20 male screw thread hole. It is conveniently  applied to the  tripod and camera.
